We try to keep all our products in stock and we do our best to dispatch within 2-3 working days. We offer free delivery on UK orders of £30 and over.

We use Royal Mail and for addresses in the UK you should receive your order in about 3-5 days.

We try hard to please - but if you are not satisfied with a product, please notify us at 

info@laurafletchertextiles.co.uk within 28 days, and return the goods to: Laura Fletcher, 29 Walter Radcliffe 

Road, Wivenhoe, Essex CO79FF. Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that they are in the same 

condition as when you received them and that you take reasonable care that the item is returned safely and 

undamaged in transit.

 

Unfortunately, post  and package costs are nonrefundable for exchanges and we cannot be held responsible 

for returns that do not arrive with us. In the event of the goods being faulty, we will cover all costs of postage and either offer a refund or exchange the goods. Please ask the Post Office for a free certificate of postage.
